State-Ranked Titans Overwhelm Wildcats

The state-ranked Ottawa-Glandorf Titans overwhelmed the Kenton Wildcats, taking a 72-43 Western Buckeye League victory Friday night.

The Titans, ranked fifth in the latest state poll, improve to 15-2 overall and remain atop the WBL with a 7-0 conference mark. The Wildcats are now 11-6 overall and 1-6 in loop play.

Ottawa-Glandorf knocked down nine three-pointers and placed nine players in the scoring column, led by Owen Hiegl’s 19 points. Brennan Blevins added 15 points while Ben Westrick finished with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Kenton got 11 points apiece from Jayden Cornell and Jaron Sharp.

Tye Sherman was named the Ace Hardware Player of the Game.
