Supreme Court of Ohio Refuses to Hear Appeal of Dennis Dellifield
The Supreme Court of Ohio has declined to accept jurisdiction of an appeal made by the former band director of Allen East Schools.
Dennis L. Dellifield was convicted in late February of 2018 on two counts each of attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material and attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material and performance.
The charges stem from Dellifield’s text messages sent to two minor boys asking them to send him photos of their genitalia in an erect state.
His appeal was denied by the Third District Court of Appeals in December of 2018.
The Supreme Court of Ohio declined the jurisdictional memoranda on Thursday.
