Suspect Being Sought Following Brief High Speed Pursuit in Findlay

A pursuit of a vehicle was initiated by an officer from the Findlay Police Department early this morning.

 

According to a release, the officer attempted to stop the silver Ford Mustang for expired registration and equipment violations on Bright Road in Findlay.

 

The driver failed to stop and proceeded north on Bright Road reaching speeds of over 100 miles an hour while heading out of the city limits.

 

The vehicle was last seen on County Road 18 near County Road 109 before the pursuit, which lasted about three minutes for a total of 4.4 miles, was terminated.

 

The suspect has not been located at this time.
