Third Suspect in Marion Shooting Arrested

The Marion Police Department has arrested a third suspect in connection to the shooting of a 15 year old juvenile male and an adult female in the 300 block of Avondale Street in Marion on July 17.     

19 year old Miguel Gonzales turned himself into the police department this past Sunday.

He was arrested on warrants for Felonious Assault and Aggravated Riot. 

19 year old Andrew J. Cramer and 19 year old Zachary A. Harter, both of Marion, were arrested last week on warrants for Aggravated Riot and taken to the Multi-County Correctional Center. 

The juvenile male is still in Nationwide Children’s Hospital.   

The adult has been released from Marion General Hospital.

Additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
