The third member of the multi-county theft ring was sentenced Thursday afternoon in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
After hearing from both prosecution and the defense, as well as statements from the victims, Judge Scott Barrett sentenced Sells to a total of twelve years in prison for multiple counts including burglary, tampering with evidence, and safecracking.
Additionally, Sells is to pay restitution to the victims and associated court costs.
Also in Court recently, according to documents from Hardin County Prosecutor Brad Bailey's Office:
.Lloyd Shepherd was placed on three years community control on one count of assault.
Placed on two years community control with conditions were:
.Daniel Lewis Fisher, on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and one count of possession of criminal tools.
.Shawn Renee Harp, on one count of permitting drug abuse.
.Stephanie Renee Manns on one count of possession of heroin.
All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
