Traffic Circle Opens in Downtown Lima

The renovated downtown traffic circle is open and traffic started moving through the area in Lima on Monday. 

The roundabout is located in the Town Square at the intersection of Main and Market in the city. 

The Lima Police Department asked motorists to use caution and slow vehicle speeds when entering the roundabout. 

As with the majority of roundabouts, you should look to your left as you move through the circle to ensure no traffic is moving your direction. 

Electronic signs are in place to the east and west of the circle alerting drivers to a change in the traffic pattern.
