A Kenton man was issued a summons on a drug related charge after a traffic stop in Kenton early Tuesday morning.
According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, officers stopped a car on Robinson Avenue near West Espy Street because the license plate light was out.
That led to the discovery and confiscation of a drug abuse instrument.
The driver, identified as 42 year old Benjamin Sheets, was issued a summons for possessing drug abuse instruments.
He was cited for having fictitious plates.
