Tragic Accident Claims Life of LaRue Man in Marion County Crash That Ended in Creek Off County Road 2

A LaRue man was killed in a one vehicle crash that occurred this past Tuesday in Marion County.

According to a release from the Bucyrus Post of the Ohio State Patrol, 72-year-old Harry Baker lost control of his vehicle while driving north on County Road 2.

The car traveled off the west side of the road where it went into a creek and struck the north bank.

Baker was pronounced dead at the scene.

Drugs and alcohol are not suspected, and the crash remains under investigation.
