Kenton, Ohio — Hardin County Job and Family Services announced today that transportation assistance for COVID-19 vaccination appointments is now available to Hardin County Medicaid full benefits recipients.
If you qualify for Medicaid’s transportation services, you can use this service to get a ride to your appointment to receive a COVID-19 vaccine at any location offering vaccines.
To schedule transportation for a COVID-19 vaccination appointment, contact your assigned transportation provider or contact Tina at Hardin County Job and Family Services, 419-675-1130 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday. You must schedule your ride 48 hours before your appointment.
