Trial continues for a man charged with complicity to attempted aggravated murder and other charges continues today in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Gerrick "Tony" Sheldon was indicated on the charges after allegedly approaching one of his sons to burn down the house of his estranged wife.

The Lima News reported that the son testified this week that his dad asked him back on August 13 to carry out the plan. Two other sons have also testified how their father has discussed how he might kill his wife. The two are in the process of a bitter divorce.

The trial is expected to continue until at least Friday.
