A Wyandot County owned vehicle brought down an electric line Tuesday afternoon.

According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, a county employee was driving the truck west on County Highway 50 and was dumping gravel into the berm.

The raised bed caused the line to be pulled free and fall across the truck and the roadway.

A crew from American Electric Power disabled the line and removed it from the truck and road.
