Two Crashes Reported in Kenton on Sunday

An injury crash occurred in Kenton late Sunday morning, and a hit/skip crash was reported at around 5:30 that afternoon.

The reports for both mishaps have not yet been completed and details are still sketchy.

According to information on the Kenton Police Department Daily Log Sheet, the first crash was reported at around 11:15 on Fontaine at Harris Streets in the city.

Luke Guthrie, of West Liberty, was cited for an assured clear distance ahead violation.

The hit/skip accident occurred in the 400 block of East Columbus Street.

Craig T. Bayes was cited for a reasonable control violation and for failing to stop after an accident.
