Two people are facing drugs charges after being arrested on warrants Tuesday in Wyandot County.

According to a release from  Wyandot County Sheriff Michael Hetzel, the Wyandot County Major Crimes Unit was requested by the Ohio Adult Authority to assist in locating delinquent probationers.

Following an investigation, detectives learned that one of the two, 28 year old Andrew J. Kuenzli, of Upper Sandusky, was actively engaged in trafficking drugs. He was allegedly in possession of cocaine when he was arrested.

Detectives, who also learned that a shipment of methamphetamine was to be delivered to Upper Sandusky, located a suspect’s vehicle on the east side of the city. Two ounces of methamphetamine was found in the car after a search was conducted.

30 year old Devin M. Decker, of Bucyrus, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Assisting the Ohio Adult Parole Authority in this investigation was the Wyandot County Major Crimes Unit, which includes detectives from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, the Upper Sandusky Police Department, the Carey Police Department and an investigator from the Wyandot County Prosecutor’s Office. The Wyandot County Major Crimes Unit is a member of the METRICH Enforcement Unit.
