Two People Sentenced in Common Pleas Court Recently

Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Frederick N. Justice was sentenced to a total of 53 months in prison on charges of vehicular assault, vandalism and operating a vehicle under the influence. That includes the 30 months that were added for violating terms of his 5 year community control sanctions on a charge of tampering with evidence in 2018.

.Roger A. Melson was sentenced to 11 months in prison on one count of trafficking in heroin. He was given credit for 29 days time served.

Both cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
