Two People Sentenced in Common Pleas Court

Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Tristan A. Mendenhall was sentenced to 11 months in prison on one count of possession of heroin. He was given credit for 107 days time served.

 

.Bryan M. Radcliffe was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of tampering with evidence.

 

Both cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
