Two Receive Promotions at Lima Police Department

Lima Police Chief Kevin Martin presented badges to two Sergeants being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on Monday. 

Newly promoted Lieutenant Hile is now assigned to 3rd Shift and newly promoted Lieutenant Leland is now assigned to 2nd Shift.

Family and friends were present along with numerous members of the department.
