Two Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Austin E. Hollon was sentenced to a total of just over 5 years minimum to just over 7 years maximum on one count each of felonious assault and aggravated assault.

He was also ordered to pay nearly $6000 in restitution to the victim.

.Aaron Walker III was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of receiving stolen property.

He must serve 45 days local incarceration.

The cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
