Two Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Timothy J. Mullins was sentenced to 3 years and nine months in prison on charges of  failure to appear, possession of fentanyl-related compound, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of heroin.

.Todd J. Tremain was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of burglary.

Both cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
