Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's Office, the following two individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:
Joseph C. Madison on 2 counts of possession of heroin and one count of possession of drugs, and Charles B. Adkins on one count of theft from a person in a protected class and 3 counts of petty theft. He must serve 60 days local incarceration.
Both cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
