Two Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to the documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Mark M. Starbird was sentenced to a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years in prison on one count of endangering a child, with a specific finding that the offense did result in serious physical harm to the child.

.Todd Taylor was sentenced to 3 years in prison on one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He was classified as a Tier II Sexual Offender.

Both cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
