United Way of Hardin County Topic of Public Eye

The United Way of Hardin County will soon have a new Executive Director.

Michele Daniels has been learning the ropes recently and will officially assume the duties at the end of the year, when the current Executive Director Darlene Foreman retires.

Daniels said they are working hard to raise the goal of $195,000, and she noted the different ways people can make a contribution, including payroll deduction.

New Treasurer Katrina Collins pointed out that 99 cents out of every dollar stays in Hardin County to help fund 22 partner agencies.
