University of Findlay’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program students will host a community wellness day on Saturday, March 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Koehler Fitness and Recreation Complex on North Main Street.
All proceeds from the monetary donation-based event will benefit the Pitt-Marquette Challenge, a national student-led grassroots fundraiser to support the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research. The program will also provide physical therapy students with valuable hands-on learning.
Throughout the day, UF students will offer fitness consults, vitals checks, massages, balance screenings, and various fitness classes.
A cardio dance class will take place at 10:15 a.m., and a yoga session at 2:15 p.m.
