An Upper Sandusky man was killed in a crash that occurred Thursday afternoon in the 10,000 block of County Highway 96 in Wyandot County.
According to a release from Wyandot County Sheriff Michael Hetzel, deputies responded to the area, and following an investigation, it was determined that a car driven by 71 year old Thomas Edward Hall was southbound on 96 and travelled off the left side of the road. The car struck a cement culver and a driveway embankment before coming to rest in a field.
Hall, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
