Coach Aaron Frazee said, “A win that was much closer than the 4-1 score indicates. Levi had been looking forward to playing Noah Brown, who is one of the areas top players, because he really wants to measure himself against the best. He is disappointed in the loss, but he also came away with some things he knows he needs to get better at. Justin Blackburn was down 5-1 in the second set before battling back to force the tiebreaker, and then went down 6-3 in the tiebreaker before surging to a 9-7 win. It was a great set to watch. Landon Cotto-Ramos is playing really well for us. He got off to a slow start but has warmed up with the weather. He is hitting the ball really well right now. We also got really solid play from both of our doubles teams.”
upper Sandusky is home Wednesday against Pleasant.
