Village of Alger Hiring Part-Time Worker for Summer Season
The Village of Alger has an immediate opening for summer work.
This will be a part-time position with 24 to 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities include cleanup and maintenance of town streets and waterways, trimming, street and sidewalk repair, as well as other maintenance and miscellaneous responsibilities.
A successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and must have a High School Diploma or GED, and a Driver’s License.
The candidate also must be willing to be subject to a drug test and background check.
To apply, stop by the Village Office at 207 Angle Street in Alger during the office hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
The office is closed from noon to 1:00pm for lunch.
