The Village of Forest will be removing some stop signs within the village in an effort to improve traffic flow.
Starting today, Wednesday July 21, the Maintenance Department is working along South Warner, South Gormley and South Patterson to begin the removal of some of the signs.
Village officials are asking that motorists slow down and be extremely vigilant in watching for stop signs.
Some intersections will be changing, effective immediately.
The action to improve traffic flow in the village was previously announced.
