West Ohio Food Bank Part of Fight Hunger. Spark Change. Program

LIMA, OH (April 18, 2022) – This year marks the 9th annual Walmart and Sam’s Club Fight Hunger. Spark Change. campaign, which runs from April 18 – May 15, 2022.

The objective of FHSC is to increase awareness of our shared commitment to fight hunger and raise funds for local Feeding America ® member food banks.

Customers and members can help impact thousands of communities affected by food insecu-rity by participating in the campaign in the following ways:

.By purchasing a participating item in store or online at Walmart.com or SamsClub.com

.Donating at check-out in stores or clubs

.Donating at Feeding America’s Fight Hunger. Spark Change. campaign donation site at either www.FeedingAmerica.org/Walmart or www.FeedingAmerica.org/SamsClub

Each Walmart and Sam’s Club store and club is matched to one of the 200 Feeding America member food banks and all sales-triggered supplier donations (in-store and online) and customer register donations in stores and clubs are tied to that local food bank.

There are 12 Walmart stores and one Sam’s Club in the West Ohio Food Bank’s 11-county coverage area.
