Wildcats win District semifinal game

The Lady Wildcats win their district semifinal game tonight over St Mary’s by a score of 60-37. The Cats scored 33 points in the 2nd half to complete the victory. Great team defense and unselfish play helped them move on to Saturdays District Finals at Miller City. The Cats were led by Macee Heckathorn with 17 points, Sidney Payne and Sadie Larrabee scored 14 points each,  Brylee Bostelman scored 11 points, and Olivia Nolting scored 4 points. St Mary’s was led by Lauren Jacobs with 13 points and Reese Rable scored 11 points. The Lady Wildcats move to 20-3 overall and will play Wauseon on Saturday at 2pm for the district title. The game will be played in Miller City.
