Funeral services for Wilma “Jeanette” Manns will be private. Burial will take place at Fairview McDonald Cemetery. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.

She died on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Hardin Hills. She was born on January 13, 1931 in Hardin County to the late Theodor and Susie (Yasel) Murphy. She married her husband of 61 years, Earnest Manns and he survives in Kenton.

Also surviving are 4 sons; Danny (Jane) Adams, Jackie (Cheryl) Manns, Kenneth (Barb) Manns, Jeff (Cindy) Manns, 2 sisters; Mary Lou Salsbury, Eloise Martindel, 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister; Barbara Dunson and 2 brothers; Albert and John Ferrell.

Jeanette was a member of the Way of the Cross Church in Kenton. She served beside Earnest in the church ministry. She taught herself to play the piano and played in the church for many years. Jeanette served the Lord and was a wonderful, caring mother and grandmother.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kenton Full Gospel Church in Kenton.
