A 14 year old Upper Sandusky boy is facing charges after a stolen vehicle complaint was investigated by the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the report, deputies were dispatched to the 7000 block of County Highway 128 in reference to a stolen vehicle.

While driving to the scene, the deputy found a vehicle that matched the description of the stolen car crashed against a junction box on County Highway 128.

Footprints in the snow led towards the residence of the juvenile.

The boy is said to have admitted that he took the vehicle and crashed it, and that it wasn’t stolen.

He was cited for no operator’s license, not wearing a seatbelt and failure to control.
