An Upper Sandusky man was arrested on a Grand Jury indictment for several drug charges.

 

According to the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office report, Tommy D. Brown was arrested by the Upper Sandusky Police Department.

 

Brown was taken to the Wyandot County Jail and was served the indictment for aggravated trafficking in drugs with a school specification, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine, all felonies.

 

Brown will be held without bail until a court appearance.

A Columbus man was arrested in Wyandot County after the vehicle he was in ran out of gas.

 

According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were investigating a complaint about suspicious persons when they located a vehicle that was sitting on the northbound side of U.S. 23.

 

There were two men in the straight truck, which was hauling produce.

 

One of the men, identified as James E. Richey, had a warrant for his arrest out of Delaware County and was taken into custody.

 

Richey was taken to the Wyandot County Jail where he was served a Grand Jury indictment for one count of possession of fentanyl.

 

He’s being held until being picked up by Delaware County.
