The Hardin County Veterans’ Service Commission will be hosting their 9th annual Veteran’s Dinner for county veterans and their spouse or their caregiver, along with an informative presentation after lunch.

To be eligible for the free dinner, you must be a “veteran” with honorable service and a Hardin County resident, you must also provide acceptable proof of military service. The veteran can do this by bringing in one of the following documents into the Veterans’ Service Office: DD214, VA ID card, or the county Veteran’s ID card, along with proof of Hardin County residency.

Dinner Information:
1. Date of dinner: November 7th

2. Location: Armory (downtown Kenton)

3. Time of dinner: 11:30 – 12:30 PM

4. Caterer: Viva Maria’s (lasagna & spaghetti)
Note: There will also be free garlic bread, lettuce, beverages, and dessert available.

All veterans who plan on attending the dinner must come into the Veterans’ Service Office between October 17th – October 31st, 2023, to get their ticket(s).

Please be advised that there are a limited number of tickets, so availability is on a first come first served basis.
