According to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, OH, strong winds and dry conditions are creating areas of blowing dust across Hardin, Mercer, and Auglaize counties—including Kenton, Ada, Celina, Coldwater, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, and Minster.
