Audition Date Announced for Nunsense II: The Second Coming

The Palace Theatre is thrilled to announce open auditions for the upcoming production of Nunsense II: The Second Coming, the hilarious sequel to the beloved musical comedy Nunsense. Packed with laughter, catchy songs, and unforgettable characters, this divine comedy will take the stage in April 2025.

Director Mark Neville and the production team invite performers of all backgrounds and skill levels to audition on Sunday, January 12, 2025, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM on the Marion Palace Theatre’s main stage.

Audition Requirements:

• Prepare a 60-second vocal solo with sheet music (an accompanist will be provided; no CDs).
• Perform a brief, memorized monologue.
• Roles are available for a variety of comedic and musical characters, including leading and ensemble parts.

Nunsense II: The Second Coming continues the comedic misadventures of the Little Sisters of Hoboken as they present a chaotic and heartwarming variety show. From a country-singing nun to a novice ballerina, this production promises an evening of side-splitting humor and joyful music.
