Kenton 8th grade volleyball defeats Ottawa in 2 sets

The Lady Wildcats got out to a 10-5 lead in the 1st set and never looked back en route to a 25-12 set 1 win.  It was closer in set 2, 10-10,  until Lindsey Winings served 8 points in a row to build a lead that Kenton rode to a 25-15 set 2 win.

Brylee Bostleman ran the offense, tallying 7 assists and 5 kills.  She also scored 9 points with 4 aces.  Lyla Gammon scores 5 points with an ace and added 3 kills.  Kaylee Barlow had 2 kills.  Lindsey Winings scored 10 points with 5 aces.  Geneva Norris scored 5 points with an ace and 3 kills.  Kylee Kavanagh scored 4 points with 2 aces.  Layla Scott tallied 2 assists and 1 kill.  Taryn Miller added a kill and Lenna Moore scored 2 points on 2 aces
