The Wildcats lose to Riverdale on Friday night.
Kenton’s Grady Kleman-Beazley got the game started with a single, and later scored on a triple by Luke Leffler. Anthony Hunt then walked and with runners on first and third, Seth Leffler singled to center field scoring L. Leffler. Hunter Taylor was hit by pitch to load the bases and Alex Beach walked to push across the 3rd run of the inning for the Wildcats. That was all Kenton’s offense could produce.
Kyle Thrush started on the mound going 5.0 IP, 8 H, 6 R, 2 ER, 0 BB, 2 K’s. Pitching in relief was Anthony Hunt going 1.0 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K’s.
