Kenton Boys Varsity Baseball falls to Riverdale 6 – 4

Late inning runs from the Falcons costs the Wildcats.

Thursday’s game vs #18 Riverdale was a heartbreaker for Kenton as they lost the lead in 7th. Losing to Riverdale 6-4.

Recording hits for the Wildcats were Luke Leffler (2) Kyle Thrush (2) Connor Defibaugh (2) Grady Kleman-Beazley (1).

Starting on the mound for Kenton was Trevor Robinson going 5.0 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 1 ER, 3 BB, 7 K’s. Pitching in relief was Jarron Willoby.

The Wildcats Varsity is back in action on Saturday when they travel to St. Marys @ 11 AM. JV White will host St. Marys on Saturday 11 AM.
