The Wildcats used another strong defensive effort to beat Bluffton 54-34 today in non-league action. The Wildcats were led in scoring by Sidney Payne with 22 points. Macee Heckathorn scored 9, Liv Nolting scored 8 points, Brylee Bostelman and Sadie Larrabee each had 6 points, and Kyla Bostater scored 3 points. Bluffton was led by Ayla Grandey with 9 points, Lainey Grandey scored 7 points, and Macy Schaadt scored 5 points. Kenton moved to 6-2 on the season.
The JV contest was won by Bluffton 57-34. The Wildcats were led by Kaiden Gammon with 9 points, Jazlynn Long scored 8 points, and Lyla Gammon scored 6 points. Lilly Carmean scored 5 points, Allyson Rhinehart had 3 points, Taryn Miller 2 points, and Taylor Barlow had 1 point.
