The Kenton Wildcats had to adjust to the lanes at Elida but perservered for a 1856 – 1792 WBL victory. Kenton took a 69 pin lead after the 1st individual games 653 – 574 behind a 158 from Brayla Butler. The Wildcat lead dipped a little after the 2nd individual games 635 – 661 despite a 163 from Karyn Hopkins. Kenton continued to battle with Elida through the 5 bakers, eventually taking the win by 64 pins 1856 – 1792.
Brayla Butler rolled a 294 series (158 – 136). Karyn Hopkins added a 287 (124 – 163).
The Jv girls competed in their first match of the season and came away victorious 1213 – 1069 (4 bowlers). Allison Watkins led the way with a 202 series (104 – 98). Kim Heberling added a 195 (109 – 86).
The Wildcat Varsity plays their third match in 3 days as they travel to Cooper’s Bowl Wednesday for a 4:00pm match with Marion-Harding
