Kenton Volleyball Team Takes Lima Senior in 4 Sets

The Kenton Lady Cats had a successful trip to Lima Senior on Tuesday.

The Cats jumped out quick and took the first 2 sets against the Spartans.

After battling inconsistencies in the 3rd, the Lady Cats finished off the Spartans in dominating fashion in the 4th set to win the match.

Kenton won 25-15, 25-13, 19-25 and 25-11.

Kenton was aided by a balanced attack from a combination of Lindsey Smith, Laney Harpel, and Erin Lyons.

The Lady Cats also used great serving efforts from Erin Lyons, Jenna Manns, and Carly Dearing to get out to the lead in the 3 sets that they won. Overall, it was a great team effort and a good win.

The JV Lady Cats won their match against Lima Senior in 3 sets.
