Obituary for Daphne JoAnn Harp

Daphne JoAnn Harp, age 75 of Kenton passed away at Hardin Hills Health Center on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. She was born in Kenton on Jan. 1, 1944 to the late Arnold and Mildred (Wygle) Buyer. JoAnn married Charles “Charlie” Harp on April 18, 1991 and he survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Sandy (Ben) Graff of Marion; step-son, Brian Harp of Columbus; two step-daughters, Heather Blackburn and Kelly Slone, both of Ada; grandchildren, Benton Graff, Keaton Graff, Brandon Blackburn, Anna Slone, Joseph Slone, two great-grandchildren and a brother, Paul Buyer. Two brothers and a sister also preceded her in death. She was a graduate of Elgin High School and retired from Imperial Cup. Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm Saturday, August 19, 2019 at Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Foor officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview McDonald Cemetery.
