David “Larry” Robson, 80, of Kenton, passed away at 6:30 a.m., Saturday, June 22, 2019, at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Kenton. He was born on June 26, 1938, in Lewistown, OH to the late Gary and Eloise (Devine) Robson.
He married Shirley A. Scott on February 5, 1960, and she survives.
Larry is also survived by his daughters: Terri Scott of Ocala, FL, Cindi Molk of Tallahassee, FL, and Debbi Sprang of Kenton; his brother, Jim (Donna) Robson of Lewistown, OH; his sisters: Carol Campbell of Bellefontaine, OH and Lynne Stickney of Bellefontaine, OH; his grandchildren: Natalie Molk, Nicholas Molk, Ryan Sprang, Kelli Hoff, Caleb Sprang, Jeremy Billenstein and Jeffry Billenstein; 7 great-grandchildren; and his beloved four legged companions: Lexie and Holly.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Henry.
Larry retired after 42 years from Rockwell Meritor. He attended First Baptist Church in Kenton, and enjoyed staying in touch with two of his great-grandchildren, Maddi and Levi, living in Italy via FaceTime.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home, Kenton, with Pastor Craig Mansfield officiating. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery, Kenton, where full military rites will be conducted by the Amvets Post 1994.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m., Tuesday at Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home.
