He was born on June 24, 1950 to the late Harold and Marilyn (England) Swartz. He married Connie Cole and they later divorced, she survives in Tiffin. Also surviving is his daughter Robin (Gary) Henderson, Upper Sandusky, brothers David (Juanita) Swartz, Upper Sandusky, and Russell (Pam) Swartz, Forest, a sister Irma (Darvan) Schoenberger, MI, and a sister-in-law Judy Swartz, Upper Sandusky. He is preceded in death by a brother Terry Swartz.
Ronald was a graduate of Upper Sandusky High School. He was employed as a supervisor at TODCO in Upper Sandusky and Marion. He was an avid Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns fan, and also enjoyed coon hunting and camping.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday April 19, 2019 at Old Mission Cemetery, Upper Sandusky with Pastor Brian Arnold officiating.
