Skyler R. Donaugh age 35 of Upper Sandusky, passed away at his residence on Wednesday May 15, 2024. He had been awaiting open heart surgery in Cleveland. Skyler was born on October 13, 1988 in Upper Sandusky to Steven R. and Laurie A. (Wines) Donaugh. Surviving is his brother Spencer R. (Cara) Donaugh of Findlay, God Mother Vicki Wines of Lake Plaza, FL, special grandma Delores Hushour of Belle Vernon and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents Robert and Margie Donaugh, and Raymond and Angeline Wines.
Skyler went to St. Peter Catholic School and enjoyed playing midget league football and baseball. In the summer’s he was on the Upper Sandusky swim team. He graduated from Upper Sandusky High school class of 2007 and from Sentinel Professional Center in Tiffin. He played Varsity football all four years of high school and his freshman year they went undefeated. He was an upholster and worked for his father’s business Angie’s Upholstery. He enjoyed disc golf. Skyler collected Apothecary antique bottles. He loved the annual family baseball game in Cleveland. Each year Skyler would look forward to going to Hershey’s, PA with his dad to the car meet.
A funeral service will be held at Bringman Clark Funeral Home on Wednesday May 22, 2024 at 11am with Deacon Kevin Wintersteller officiating. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery Upper Sandusky, Visitation will be on Tuesday May 21, 2024 from 4pm-8pm at the funeral home.
