Also surviving are a brother, Richard Watkins of Dallas, Texas, 5 nieces; Ashley (Darren) McDowell, Lindsey (Dave) Beran, Courtney (David) Wilkinson, Elizabeth (Mike) Donahue, Allie (Jesse) Ross, and several great nieces and nephews.

Bill graduated from McGuffey High School in 1970. He joined the U.S. Army Reserves and was proud to serve his country. Bill worked his family’s land as an Angus Cattle and grain farmer for many years before retiring. He was a member of the Kenton Eagles, Amvets Post 1994 in Kenton, as well as the Indian Lake Moose.

Bill lived his life to the fullest and was always having a good time. He loved his wife and friends, and wanted to spend as much time as possible with them, especially with a cold beer in his hand. He also traveled with his wife several times to the caribbean.

The family would like to recognize that BIll was able to give someone the gift of sight with cornea donation. It truly shows his giving and helpful personality all the way to the end of his life and after.
