Wapakoneta defeated Kenton 34-0 in Western Buckeye League football action Friday at Harmon Field.

The Redskins improve to 4-2 overall and 4-1 in WBL while the Wildcats are now 0-6 overall & 0-5 in the league.

Jace Mullen rushes for 2 scores for the Redskins while Braeden Goulet threw 2 TD passes. Wapakoneta also booted a pair of field goals in the win.

Kenton’s Jacob Kennedy was named the Ace Hardware Player of the Game.

The Wildcats host St. Marys on Friday in their annual homecoming game. WKTN will have all the action with the pregame show starting at 6:30 p.m. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
