Kenton girls basketball use a strong start to defeat Ben Logan in non conference action tonight by a score of 59-22. The Wildcats were led in scoring by Sidney Payne with 23 points. Kyla Bostater scored 10 points, Sadie Larrabee had 9 points, while Liv Nolting and Macee Heckathorn each had 7 points. Alexis Ratliff rounded out the scoring with 3 points.
Ben Logan was led by Kaylee Hays with 10 points. Kaylin Varner had 4 points, while Lahna Cook and Molly Sifring each had 3 points.
The Jv contest was won by the Lady Cats 53-45. The Cats were led by Jazlynn Long with 18 points. Lyla Gammon had 9 points and Lilly Carmean had 5 points.
The Cats are back in action on Thursday nights at Shawnee for the first WBL contest.
