Kenton City Council is scheduled to meet this evening.
Two resolutions authorizing the Safety-Service Director to enter into professional service agreements with OHM for downtown infrastructure improvements is on the agenda.
One is for street lighting and the other for Main Street signals are on first reading.
An ordinance providing additional appropriations for 2024 is also on first reading.
One ordinance is on second reading. That grants franchise to Ohio Power Company the right to do utility work in Kenton.
The Ohio Water Development Authority annual report will also be presented as well.
The 10th regular session of the year will start at 7:00pm this evening in the city building.
