1122 New Cases of COVID-19 in Ohio; Another Death Reported in Hardin County

There were 106,063 confirmed and 5940 probable for a total of 112,003 cases of COVID-19 in Ohio as of Thursday afternoon.

 

That is 1122 more cases in one day.

 

The total number of hospitalizations is 12,615.

 

2844 of them are in intensive care units.

 

There are 205 cases in Hardin County.

 

The Kenton-Hardin Health Department reported an additional COVID-19 associated death. There have now been 13 deaths.

 

There 31 active cases with 3 hospitalizations.

 

162 recovered cases have been reported.

 

Around the region:

 

Marion County has 2974 cases, Allen County 945, Hancock County has 457 cases, Auglaize County has 333, Union County has 312 cases, Logan County 201 and Wyandot County has 171 cases.

 

Marion County dropped from Red Level 3 to Orange Level 2 in this week’s Ohio Public Health Advisory System.

 

Hardin and all of the other surrounding counties remain at Orange Level 2.
