2016 Hall of Distinction Inductee Visits Hardin Northern

Hardin Northern had a surprise visit Tuesday from 2016 Hall of Distinction inductee, Dr. John David Mathews.

He came for a tour of the school for the first time since his graduation in 1965. 

Dr. Mathews traveled back to the area over the weekend to share the solar eclipse experience with family and friends on the farm he grew up on. 

The school announced last week that the 2024 Hall of Distinction honorees are Lt. Colonel Garrick Webb from the Class of 2001 and James Steele from the Class of 1978.
